Please notify us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order. In the event that the item/s you order is no longer available, you may select another item of the same value or we will offer you a refund through store credits.
Ship the item/s back to us. We recommend shipping it back to us by registered mail so it's trackable by both parties. We will not be responsible for lost mail or be accountable for returns without tracking code provided. Shipping will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement to you.
We'll not be accepting international exchanges during this period.
